Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a meticulous and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their client's team in Columbia, MD. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of daily warehouse and logistics activities, supporting the organization in maintaining efficient and accurate records, and enhancing overall productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Process shipping documents, invoices, and outbound orders.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries with internal departments.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain organized shipping and receiving records.
• Assist with inventory control and other warehouse-related duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong computer and data entry proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Pay Rate:

The pay range for this position is between $20 and $22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
